4)Acrylic Coated: Air permeable acrylic surface coated polyester for moist environments.
5)Flame Retardant: Not flame proof, but provides a self extinguishing feature that is used when sparks are involved, such as grinding processes.
6)Teflon Membrane: Membrane provides an extremely smooth, high efficiency finish.

HIGH TEMPRATURE DUST FILTER BAGS If your collector gas stream is (150C ââ¬â 260C) degrees C , our engineers can select the correct high temperature media that is compatible with almost any gas stream. We avail filter bags that function effectively at high temperature (150C ââ¬â 260C) in combination with strong acidic or alkaline mixtures. Available media with us are Teflon and fibre glass. Whether it's a replacement order or a new application. FIBER GLASS DUST FILTER BAGS The glass fiber filter bags are made of glass fiber woven fabric that is special treated. The product has good heat resistance and used at 260C for a long time. It is ideal heat resistance filter materials and has good stable size with good chemical resistance, anti-water, anti-moistures and excellent dust peeling properties. The filtering efficiency is more than 99.5%. The glass fiber filter bag has been widely used in cement, carbon black, electric power and metallurgical industries for removing dust in the conditions of high temperature. PTFE MEMBRANE LAMINATED FILTER BAGS We offer PTFE membrane laminated filter bags to counter the disadvantages of conventional "depth filtration" media. In conventional media the felt fabrics act as a media for the built up of a dust cake, which in turn captures even more & finer particles of dust. The filters are cleaned continuously to remove some of the dust cake & then begin the process all over again. PTFE membrane laminated on filtration side of filter media permits air to pass through the filter media while trapping all particles on surface. Membrane laminated filter bags are termed as BACT (Best Available Control Technology). The membrane laminated filter bags do surface filtration where the filtration is done by a micro porous PTFE membrane which is laminated to a process compatible filter media. The support media provides the physical strength to fabric whereas filtration is done by the membrane. The phenomenon is termed as surface filtration and has following advantages: ÷ Consistently lower pressure drop throughout the life of the filter bag. ÷ Lower outlet emissions. ÷ Can take process upsets more easily & thus reduce downtime. ÷ Generally the life is double then a conventional filter bag if all other things in the bag house remain same. ÷ Lower operating & maintenance cost. ÷ Great product recovery

surface treatment applied on it. The following superior characteristics of our filter bags result in increase productivity, longer
life and lower operation cost.
Higher Temperature Resistant: Fiberglass filter fabric have excellent heat resistance upto 260ðC continuously and 288ðC
for intermittent period.
High Tensile Strength : Fiberglass cloth is one of the strongest textile filters, having greater specific tensile strength than
steel wire of same diameter, at a low weight, lead to higher strength and durability of filter bags.
Dimensional Stability : A filter bags made up of fiberglass, display low elongation and contraction under load and temperature.
This characteristic is critical when high level of dust collection particles is required.
Extremely Favorable Dust Removal: Bags themselves already have favorable dust removals characteristics, the
addition of a surface finish make dust removal even easier.
Good Chemical Resistance : Like glass itself, treated fiberglass fabric is highly resistant to attack by most chemicals.
Good Air Flow and Better Filtration : Different weaving pattern and combination of textured filament yarn in weft gives
improved filter ability and reduce blocking.

fiberglass fabric has to have the right finish and surface treatment.
Without a protective coating, the glass filaments in filtration fabrics can
be broken through self abrasion caused by dust particle, or chemical attack
from the gas stream composition on cage contact.
