Glass (v - 16) 'BL'
fabric is a heat
treated glass product. It is an ideal replacement for asbestos
product used for thermal insulation and heat protection. It will not
burn, rot, mildew or deteriorate and resist most acids. It is
suitable for temperature up to 550c.deg. The weight of the fabric
contains 1600 gms/sq.mtr. While heat treated the color of the fabric
becomes blue. The product
can be treated in different ways in order to
meet
specific purposes.
This fabric is
available in plain, twill, satin weave patterns, etc, as per end use.
