Ltd, which specializes in producing all the coating and laminating colony on Fibre Glass Fabrics with the help of latest equipments. Thereafter, it started production of various products in fibre glass of second, third, and fourth generation fabrics besides several other products. The company has hi-tech machines, equipments, and tools as well as expertise to manufacture the best quality range of products.
In synergy with our group company, we are actively engaged in the export of our products to various cuntries. We export about 30 of the manufactured goods to Kenya, Saudi Arabia, Nepal, North America, and Europe. We also supply our products to Indian Railways, Hindalco, ONGC, Reliance Petroleum, HPCL, Indian Oil, and Exide which are some of our major clients.

Quality Assurance
Quality is the topmost priority at Harsh-Deep Industries since the
inception. We have carved out a stringent quality control policy that
takes into account every activity related to production – right from
the procurement of raw materials till the delivery of ready
consignments to the clients' desired locations.
Planned in consonance with the latest techniques and methods, the
complete manufacturing process by Harsh-Deep Group is conducted under
the strict supervision of an experienced team of quality controllers.
The team performs various types of quality checks on certain parameters
using technologically superior equipments and employing latest
techniques to ensure that the quality of the products is in compliance
with the international quality standards.
Infrastructure
Our company's infrastructure is erected in a 4000-sq. mtr. land area on
two different locations. We have built a state-of-the-art manufacturing
unit incorporated with advanced machinery and equipment. This is
managed by a team of highly experienced production specialists. They
make sure that the production process is carried out without any
obstacle to complete clients' orders on time. Apart from this, we also
have other facilities such as R&D, warehousing, and quality control
amongst the other.
All the various facilities are managed by experienced personnels in
their respective domains. They integrate the functioning of all these
facilities to ascertain that our clients get maximum satisfaction by
using our products and services.
R&D Achievements
During the last 15-odd years in the Fibre Glass domain, we have
achieved outstanding success not only in India but abroad also. The
reason behind our achievements is our intense R&D efforts directed
at product quality improvement and developing innovative product
designs. We have introduced new technologies the fibre glass domain and
have been consistently manufacturing high utility products. For the
selection of right type of industrial textiles, we conduct in- house
testing or outsource to government recognized laboratories.
Some of the highlights of our new product developments process have been summed up as follows:
PTFE Coated Glass Fabric
- We have
developed PTFE coated Glass Fabrics in the range 0.5mm having
continuous process length up to 220 mtrs without any joint.
- Silicone
Coated Glass Fabric: Fibre Glass gives dimensional stability besides
providing an insulating medium to the silicone rubber coating. These
fabric operate well under 300oC. Some of the typical application are:
- Entry & exit window
- Excellent reflex medium
- Excellent electrical insulation
- Non-static conveyor belt etc.
- Dyeing & colored coating on fibre glass fabric
- Fibre
Glass fabric reinforced with S.S. W.X. A typical type of Glass Fibre in
satin weave, where each strand of glass yarn is reinforced with
stainless steel wire. This combination feature gives sufficient
strength and is capable of tougher use.
- PTFE coated/ laminated Fibre Glass Fabric: This product is widely used in fabric expansion joints.

Our Achievements
- Our
company has achieved remarkable feats in manufacturing the business of
Fibre Glass Fabrics and other products. Our company is approved by
Research Design & Standard organization (R.D.S.O.), Lucknow (Govt.
of India) and Railway Ministry for making glued- insulated rail joints
(for woven rotary 360 gms as Part- I) .
- Developed
PTFE/Teflon coated glass cloth in 2007 and today, the company is the
largest manufacturer of various varieties of Glass & PTFE Fabrics
in India.
- We are 100% supplier to the India Railways for the last 10 years.
- We have developed maximum width - up to 100 inches - of fibre glass fabrics.
